The safety and the wellbeing of our guests are our top priority. In response to this unprecedented health crisis, our hotel is closely monitoring the latest health protocols, issued by local and global authorities (EODY, WHO, ECDC). We are thus taking all the necessary steps to comply with the hygiene rules and social distancing measures required, in order to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff.
More specifically:
- Special training of all staff on the governmental protocols of personal hygiene (frequent handwashing, social distancing, proper use of medical protective material e.t.c.).
- Intensified cleaning in rooms and public spaces with special cleaning products, particularly emphasizing on the disinfection of high-volume touchpoints, such as door handles, room keys, remote controls, elevator, light switches.
- Hand disinfectant dispensers for guests available in public areas.
